Their team believes that the words you speak over yourself bring your thoughts to fruition, so they work hard every day with the mindset that their work has a purpose—to help aspiring ball players reach their full potential and enhance team communication.
Balancing Roles and Responsibilities
Jessica Ellis knows this mindset well. As the social media manager and assistant manager for the Player Development Center, she spends many hours each week creating an environment where both prospective and current players can succeed. In addition to these tasks, Jessica is also responsible for setting up scheduling, payments, and memberships for the facility. Her role is crucial to the success of the center.
Creating a Great Environment for All
“We have boys from 1st grade all the way through college at varying skill levels. Some players are more advanced while others come out for a fun physical activity. Our goal is to make it a great environment for everyone!” says Jessica.

As the Player Development Center gained popularity and continued to grow, they realized they couldn’t continue to communicate with parents and collect payments the same way. Relying solely on messaging was disorganized and chaotic. They needed more structure.
