Spond UK Fundraising Bonus Offer (February 2025) Terms & Conditions

  1. These Terms & Conditions apply to the Spond Fundraising Bonus Offer (February 2025) and govern the relationship between Spond Ltd, “The Promoters”, whose registered address is at Profile West Suite 2, First Floor, Brentford, Middlesex, TW8 9ES, registered in England No. 13705044 (“we” or “us”) and you (“you” or “your”), the Spond group admin representing the Spond group taking advantage of the offer.

  2. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully and print a copy for your records. Use of the Spond Fundraising Bonus Offer (February 2025) promo code will constitute your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  3. The Spond UK Fundraising Bonus Offer is administered by Spond Ltd.

  4. The Spond UK Fundraising Bonus Offer is activated by entering the promo code ‘FEB50BONUS’ when you set up your fundraising campaign.

  5. The Spond UK Fundraising Bonus Offer (“Incentive”) is a £50 fundraising bonus for your group when it achieves sales of £300 or more on a Spot the Ball campaign started in February 2025.

  6. This offer expires at 23:59 on 28 February 2025. Your campaign must be set up and set live before this time.

  7. You may lose your Incentive and/or have your right to collect and/or redeem future Incentives suspended (i) if you are in breach of these Terms & Conditions, (ii) if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or other criminal activities relating to us or your use of the bonus offer, or (iii) if you supply false or misleading information.

  8. The promo code may only be used once by any group registered on the Spond app. If we find that it has been used more than once by any group, all bonuses owed to that group will be null and void.

  9. The Incentive will be applied automatically when the £300 threshold is reached and will be paid out along with other funds due to your group at the end of the fundraising campaign.

  10. No alternative method of payment or credit will be considered.

  11. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute an Incentive of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond their control.

  12. Your personal details will be retained by Spond Ltd for the purpose of administering the Incentive and will not be processed for any other purpose.   13. The Promoters reserve the right to alter, amend, or foreclose this offer without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.

  14. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by you resulting from accepting this offer, or any damage to your or another person’s computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of downloading any material relating to this offer.

  15. You agree that the Promoters shall not be liable for any claims, costs, liabilities, damages, expenses, and losses arising out of:

    • Allocation and processing of the Incentive;

    • Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to problems or delays arising from software or equipment malfunctions or computer viruses;

    • Any events outside the Promoters’ reasonable control.

  16. Nothing in this clause shall be construed to exclude or limit the Promoters’ liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability which by law cannot be excluded or limited.

  17. This Incentive is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  18. These terms and conditions are in addition to, and not in place of, the terms and conditions relating to creating and managing Spot the Ball campaigns, creating and managing Spond Superdraw campaigns, and Spond’s standard terms of use.
